Richard Williamson, Founder and CEO of Gen10 will be exploring how to manage a successful CTRM implementation with senior risk managers and experts at ComRisk 2019 on 21 May. We are delighted to announce that Richard will be joined by Barry Gould from Concord Resources Limited, who will be sharing his own experience of working with Gen10 and his tips for rising to the challenges of a large-scale technology implementation.

The session will take the form of an informal discussion, providing unbiased and honest answers to questions including the drivers that led to Concord Resources’ new commodity management system and how to successfully navigate the CTRM selection process. Barry will discuss how to identify your priority functionality and his main considerations when choosing a technology partner.

You will also have the opportunity to discover how Gen10 worked in collaboration with Concord Resources to create a commodity management solution with the depth of functionality needed for metals and concentrates.

We asked Barry what his main considerations were when choosing Gen10. Barry said:

My first thought is whether we can work with Gen10 and will we get what we need. I have worked on many system implementations before and the most important item to get right is the working relationship between you and the software supplier, I wanted to make sure that it’s a partnership and that we have the same aims and objectives in mind.”

The talk will also discuss how Concord Resources use Gen10 technology to drive their day-to-day activities and automate processes to reduce operational risk, errors and omissions. This is achieved through Gen10’s unique collaborative technology approach, with apps that connect organisations to external partners including banks, warehouses and insurance companies, improving the flow of information and reducing manual processing.

Join us at ComRisk to discuss how our technology can help your business work better, together.
